As the Director of Campus and Community Outreach for ASWSUV, I advised the student body president on engagement strategies while leading efforts to build a more connected and inclusive campus. I supported the development of student organizations, coordinated resource allocation, and worked closely with the Director of Marketing to promote student-led initiatives. I also planned and executed impactful events such as “Goatcha Covered,” a pet therapy event featuring baby goats, and mixers designed to foster relationships among students, faculty, and staff. Additionally, I organized a club officer mixer to promote collaboration and resource sharing among campus groups. This role enhanced my leadership, event planning, and cross-departmental collaboration skills, while allowing me to strengthen student engagement across the university.
